I do not collect any personal data, including usage data, from users of the Mindr app. All reminder data is stored exclusively in your personal iCloud account.
Definitions

- Application refers to Mindr, the software program provided by the Company.
- Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Mindr.

- Personal Data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.
- Service refers to the Application.
- Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself.

No personally identifiable information or usage data is collected. Since I do not collect any personal data, there is no use of personal data for any purpose. I do not share any personal information with third parties.
Data Retention & Transfer
No personal data is retained or transferred since none is collected. Your reminder data stays in your personal iCloud account and is never accessed by us.
Disclosure & Security
No disclosure of personal data occurs. While no transmission method is entirely secure, there is no personal data collected or stored within the Mindr app.
Children's Privacy
The app is suitable for all age groups without age-specific targeting.
Third-Party Links
The app may link to Apple's Terms and Conditions and the developer's social media profiles. The developer disclaims responsibility for third-party content and practices.
